Description : Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Main Activities:

  • • to follow sales trends in the store
    • monitoring what types of goods sell and what types are difficult to generate interest in.
    • Examining market trend reports to determine the type of clientele that visit stores as well as information about upcoming trends or advances in the types of products the store carries.

Fluent in Italian and English.
Leadership and organizational skills.
The ability to use email, spreadsheet, word processing, database and inventory-control software is generally necessary as well.

Description : Sales Assistant

In particular, you will research the competitive field - you must know where other high-end brands sell, their range prices, etc.Similarly, you will be responsible for researching boutiques and department stores and drafting sales plans to target appropriate customers.Also be aware that this position will involve travel during the selling season.

Description : Receptionist and Showroom Administrator

Assist with all aspects or our sales of bags, clothing and shoes. The showroom administrator should have strong customer service skills and the ability to work with each segment of our business from designer to installer and home owner. They will work side by side with showroom manager and sales staff on a daily basis to ensure the proper and smooth function of the showroom. The administrative assistant must be a quick learner, well organized, and possess strong math and computer skills. SAP knowledge is also helpful.

Main Activities:

  • • Answer phones • Greet visitors to showroom according to designated procedures
    • Daily maintenance/distribution of Showroom Calendar to each employee (AM)
    • Monitor staff attendance
    • Manage time off/vacation/holiday requests
    • New hire setup including email, login information, blackberry set up, RLM, keycard, new hire paperwork, insurance paperwork, etc.
    • Order and maintenance of all office supplies
    • Petty cash management and distribution

Description : Store Manager

Provides guidance and direction to the store team in the areas of guest satisfaction, team/associate development, merchandising, inventory, cash control, human resources, safety, loss prevention and expense control, so that the store will operate effectively and profitably. Accountable for financial results, guest service, operations and human resource management for that location. Serves as a role model and as a coach. Builds a strong team by helping associates understand policy and strategy to ensure consistent and standard execution of Company initiatives.

Main Activities:

  • • Coaches and develops Assistant Managers, other staff members and associates.
    • Holds staff meetings, daily meetings and "all attend" meetings with associates following the communication SOP.
    • Energizes and encourages selling skills and guest delight. Develops these skills through coaching, following-up and interacting with guests on the floor.
    • Manages the financial performance of the business unit including sales, profitability and key metrics through proper and ethical in-store operations.
    • Drives sales through proper standards in guest service, merchandising, promotional activity and well-trained associates.

5 years Retail management experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Leads and directs the work of others.
